Product Warranty

All products purchased are covered by a 1-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as cracks in welds, faulty hardware, or improper fitment caused by production issues.
  • Material defects, including premature failure of metal, coatings, or plastics under normal use.
  • Workmanship issues, such as incorrect hole placement, threading problems, or alignment issues.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage caused by accidents, shipping, or third-party repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, etc.) that does not affect function.

If a defect is found, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide the parts necessary to resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns require prior authorization from our support team.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

How to File a Claim or Return

  1. Contact our support team using the form on the Contact page. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our team will provide troubleshooting assistance and, if needed, return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us as instructed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged.
